Cauliflower for dinner.

I bought a cauliflower yesterday and ate almost half of it for dinner now.
The problem was that the cauliflower was not crisp as I like it Probably if I let it stand more I would end up throwing away.
And these are some of the things that happen when we buy online. So now that it is spring, I decided that I would do a big buy that includes Luna´s food once a month. And I would go in between walking with Marcia just to buy some veggies. Or I might go to the nearest Farmer´s market. Then I could also buy fish.
I´m not happy with these little problems
I should start to exercise.

Veggies can last for a week and more if they are fresh.

@marguicha Most vegetables last a week, I consume first those that spoil faster.

I know. I have been in lockdown for months now and have been only buying online. This will have too change though.

They're delicious. I had them for dinner too, I added some corn, and some lunch leftovers.

Wen I´m lazy, I steam them and serve them warm with some homemade mayo.

Cauliflower is a very tasty vegetable and needs to be checked thoroughly before buying as they may contain worms.

I suppose the lack of worms here has to do with the use of pesticides

@marguicha Pesticides use is very dangerous in vegetables and fruit crops. Even traces of it during food preparation can cause health issues.

I wholly agree. I don´t know why they don´t sell it fresh online.
