Water Outage, Internet Provider Maintenance

Today at 4 PM, the water company turn off their service. Three days ago, the caretaker of the apartment complex announced this. The water supply will resume tomorrow at 5 AM.
And yet another announcement. The PLDT/Smart announced their 5-day maintenance. They said they will do their best to still provide service but there will be latency.

They will have maintenance here but they will try to still provide service during the 5-day maintenance.

The PLDT maintenance is big considering a good majority if studying and working online.

So I heard with PLDT. My children's school announced it also so they will not have a lot of love closes but more on the self paced activities.
Last week, we also have some water interruptions but I am thankful that it is usually at night time

It is their provider who have a maintenance. Per announcement, it is the Asia America Gateway submarine cable something that needs maintenance. I think all internet provider here are connected to that main server.
