A day of snacks and leftovers.

I had rice and tender corn and nayo. That was my lunch. But before I had eaten all the broadbeans that Claudia brought. They were delicious. She said that she´d plant more next year because they grow during winter. I took a nap and first made a chili pepper (not very hot) filled with cheese. Later on, in the same skillet, I made a cheese omelet. And that will be it. Now I´m mylotting while Luna eats outside. I even set the alarm. I´m not getting up again. How did your day go?

THAT is what I forgot that I ate this morning. In addition to the vegan sausage, I cut the corn off of one cob, added that to the sausage and onion, and sprinkled it with ground chiles, and parmesan cheese, and stirred in some rice. LOL
