Time goes by, friends and the onion, a huge one, took ages to caramelize.
So I decided not to eat the quiche for lunch. It will be for dinner.
But the onion is ready to mix with the eggs and I have the quiche dough ready too. So I´ll take a nap after finding something to eat.
I watered the plants and I could even give Luna an early dinner.

It looks good. I took a long walk and went to the DG store, to just grab a few items. Mystery Shopping didn't work out for today so I made the best of it.

@marguicha I actually have some empty space on a shelf now. I might be able to haul a small bookcase off when I move the stuff on it.

I have been buying my grocery online since the COVID began. I don´t like the veggies they bring so I will go to the supermarket myself soon.

I found out my driver's license is expired, so renewed it online. It was very simple:) Your quiche sounds delicious!

We cannot renew our driver´s licence online here. We need to pass some eye exans and other things.

Nothing much. We do, however, have a full calendar for October -- doctors' appointments, research company studies that I am doing, contractor appointments, etc.
