Baby's Months Names: Why?

Most of you are aware that some people have months' names, such as April, May, and June. I assumed that it is their birth months. Besides the point, others are named with seasons, such as Summer and Winter. To make it clear, I don't have a low opinion about it. I am just wondering why.
What's your call on this matter?

It's very much okay. Here in our country naming a baby is considered important. They say that the names have an influence on your personality. So parents choose it very carefully.

@Shavkat I have seen many countries and culture following that. That is a way to show respect to ancestors .

I wish wonder at strange names..a name is so important and parents should be really careful while baking their child..

I have none to each is own but if going to do it August is the Babies name because my birthday. Like a typical American.

In our calender everything is linked to a name. Varsha means rain also a name
Surya a name meaning sun
Chand means moon
Tara means star
