Time for sleep

It’s 7 pm and time for me to get ready for bed. Yep that early and it is bedtime for me. The alarm goes off at 3 am so if I get to bed by 7:30, I can try to get 7 and a half hours of sleep. Well at least that is the plan but I been waking up in the night like usual, so I get about 5-6 hours really. I did soak my feet in ice water tonight and it did help. I think I will be trying that again tomorrow as long as it keeps helping, I will be doing that. Now I am going to lay down and get some sleep and hope that my feet feel better in the morning. Hope I can start the day with my feet feeling well. Hope you all have a good day/night.

You certainly do a lot of walking on that job. I couldn't believe how much distance I was covering on each shift when I would look at my health tracker app. Hope your feet feel better!

@Bensen32 That’s why the breaks every couple of hours help make it tolerable to be on your feet all day.

@moffittjc Right now I live for the next break time so I can sit down and get off my feet for a while.

3am. Gross! Do you get USED to waking up that earlier? I normally work until almost that time, and I have no problem with that. Have a good night.

LOL, yeah, the getting up early is not an issue. I never sleep very well so it doesn't really change anything.

I hope your feet better today. My little toe was hurting yesterday. I think a string in my sock was wrapped around it. When I fixed my sock, it felt better. And today it feels alot better.

I'm usually in bed by 11. I waken around 5:30 and head down to my sewing room for an hour or so. The quiet is perfect for getting something done,
