Tomorrow I will have lentils for lunch. I always do then I have leftover rice as I know a delicious recipe that has cooked rice added to it at the end.
The fridge is finally getting cleared. When Tania came for a visit, I gave her some maracuya pulp ad some strawberry pulp that I had frozen.
It was not an act of love. I bought a whole chicken to roast it and I alnost had to hammer it inside the freezer. She was very happy and so was I.
I´m sure that tomorrow´s lentils will be delicious. I love them. Do you like lentils? Which are your favorite legumes?

@marguicha This is a recipe we use. Sometimes we use the cilantro, sometimes we don't - depends if we have any or not. We love the garlic and lemon in it. RUSHTA:
