My hubby has one uncle left. One eccentric working into pretty old age. He really did not retire from being a dry cleaner that long ago, though. So hubby's uncle lives in Los Vegas. I don't understand the why of this and it does not matter. Uncle has a lady friend who lives kind of by Seattle. Uncle got it into his head that he had to go visit the lady friend. He wanted me to drive my hubby and I over to visit with them when he was here. Due to Covid-19 I refused. Tonight I saw from a posting on Facebook that Uncle is in the hospital. He not only visited with his girlfriend. He managed to pal around with Covid-19. I pray with all my heart that he will soldier on and live many more years. I pray that silly Uncle will fight off this nasty Virus. He would not listen to the idea that taking such a trip at his age in this very ill time was a foolish idea. Keep going, Unc! Beat the Virus up for my hubby and me. Show us how its done.
