I have been blogging since 2011 and I seldom update them anymore for my blogs didn't earn even a penny. I would rather work online at least I am earning.
I am surprised of the mushrooming of video makers on their blogs. I have started making videos as early as 2008. They're about my family affairs and places I have visited. Just like my blogs, they never earn for I failed to qualify to have adsense.
My email which I used was already blacklisted. Do I need to have a new email to qualify?

It takes time before someone gets earning from Vlogging even in blogging.

You're right. Well, I get bored. I just settle here at least I'm earning here.

Yes I had a blog many years ago but no more. My interest has disappeared. But maybe you have sparked an idea for me to resume.

It's sad that not every one gets the chance to earn big. Some actually started in 2006 but they still have few views. And yet these people who started as early as 2012 onwards are popular now...

You might just do exactly that, try a new email. Blogs are a dime a dozen and LOTS of competition. My blogs rarely make anything anymore either and so I have almost given up on them.
YouTube did also change quite a lot about the requirement for monetizing videos. So, it's harder and more time consuming to build the channel, get the right amount of subscribers, and right amount of "view time" to even qualify to monetize.
But certainly if you can put out amazing content people want to see, you can make some pretty good money. But like anything, it's not an overnight thing. It will take lots of work, lots of patience, and you'll have to really stick to it.
