Was browsing around Good Foods Market and spotted a pack of samosas! They're filled with potatoes , peas, and corn. And seasoned with curry. Very filling and lasted three days. Think I'll get more of these! Have you had samosas?

I love samosas, it's a bit of time that I do not make them.

@db20747 The quantity of oil you add to the dough before kneading is important to have them crispy. If too little oil is added, the dough is hard and chewy after you fry them.

They're quite tasty! My first time seasoned with curry. I may have had one before and didn't know it!

No I haven't. I always see them at supermarket deli, but not bought them. I get potato salad, and I hate underdone potatoes, but I always seem to get one in my salad.
So I make my own potato salad now.
