If I could buy anything right now what would it be? That is such a broad question. Others may not think so, but I do. I would buy a house, I would buy a 2nd car, I would buy all the mechanical repairs needed for this car all at once (and be out a car for 3 days), I would buy a grilled chicken Caesar salad, I would buy another blanket for my bed, I would but an infrared heater for my apt. Those are just the first six things that came to my brain. Although, if I can only pick one, I’m going to pick the car repairs. I’m not ready to buy a house right now as I don’t have an emergency fund yet. And once you buy a house Murphy and all his friends come to visit as we all know. If you could buy anything right now, what would you buy?

So many things. But some I have bought in last couple of days and I am happy for the time being

. I don't need a house. The current one is good enough for life

and my car is just an year old and not used much due to pandemic.

My car is a 2003 but has only 87,000 miles on it. I use it for work so I'm putting a lot of miles on it. The next vehicle I buy next year will be newer and will not be used for delivery. That way I'm only ruining one vehicle and not two at the same time.

When I retire I plan on buying land and getting 3 small houses on the land. That way if my kids ever need to, or want to, move back home they will have their own space. It will be so much better for them mentally if they can come "home" but have their "own" house. I'm looking at probably 3 tiny homes to start out with.

My retirement plan involves buy some land and setting up a home farm. I am planning on having animals also. Have you figured out where you want to buy your farm?
