You and I have been acquainted now and you know where I live and I know where you live. I hate this virus because here in Jerusalem there are those that wear a mask and may follow orders but those that do not wear a mask and or social distance are the ones I for sure want to stay away from. I have a cat that waits for me at home so I need to make it back to her. She has been through enough in her life and I want to be there for her. If I want to travel it would be around Israel. I do not leave the country these days.

@Hannihar my cat named stevie after stevie wonder.. She's actually female, but I treat him like a man .. the reason I just treated him that way is Because the kids in the kindergarten I worked at were sure he was a boy ... a habit like that, you know :)

I can't recommend places to travel to, because I don't. However, I can tell you, you'll really like it here. The admins and mods do a good job keeping the site up and running. The people are really kind in general, and you're really not going to find a lot of fighting or hate.
While not everyone agrees on everything, we're very respectful of each other in general. I have yet to see any serious fighting. You can speak openly and freely here.

This is a great place, I’m from a small town in Northern California, which I’m sure you’ll get to read about here. I love Mylot because you meet lots of wonderful people...We are slowly reopening where I’m at with precautions in place. I have always wanted to visit Israel.

Well,
In Scotland we have been in Lockdown
Been out of lockdown
And now being restricted to the extent it's like a full lockdown again.
We are allowed no visitors in our homes.
That's lonely.
I think what I'm saying is that we might need to accept that this is now normal, and that we must adapt quickly.
If we do that, our mental health will be less at risk.
