The Land Area for the Dream House

It's too early to say, but I think we found a land property for our dream house. I asked my younger brother to check it later in the afternoon. I had seen some photos and videos of the area. If there is ample time, I will see it for myself. It is not that far from the main city. Are you living in your dream house now?

That\s a good question. It is only 108 square meters. It is in the subdivision.

@Shavkat I think that is good enough. What is your target land area to buy?

@rakski We are hoping to have at least 150 or 200 square meters. But then, it is too pricey here in Baguio City.

Yes, I can say that I am living in my dream house. I like our garden, I love the area around us. It's not very big, but it's enough for us.

@LadyDuck Speaking of the lot size, we cannot go to my mother's hometown to build a farmhouse. The reason, her younger sister forged the documents and claimed she owns it. I was given the power of attorney to file an adverse claim for the land area of almost 4 hectares.

@Shavkat Our garden is 700 square meter, the house is pretty big, it's on 3 lever and every lever is around a hundred square meter.

Wow it looks like the land is upland and not flat. l think you’ll be needing a lot of carving since it looks like it’s on a mountainside area.

@rsa101 It is an overlooking area as it was claimed by the seller.

I agree. It needs to flatten the upland area. It is expected since the land property is on the mountain. The good thing about this land area is in the middle of the subdivision.

No, I am not living in my dream house. My dream house is in Pinas and I can't go there now because of the virus.

I am not living in my dream house. But I am living where I am comfortable, and I have no intention of moving. But I do want an RV. That is something I am going to be working very hard on. I can afford it. No problem. I just have not pulled the trigger just yet on it. As for YOUR dream house, I wish you all the best and hope it all works out for you.

As of now, we are renting an apartment. Building a family house will be better. Paying the rental is not good if it is forever.

@Shavkat No. Always better to own something than to rent it for sure.

@yoalldudes it is being considered about these things. Once we had the house, the vehicle will be the next thing to consider.

@Shavkat It depends. On the neighbors, water supply, proximity to restaurants etc if you like going out, transportation. It depends what is a priority for you.

I am hoping to build a dream house fast. However, it will not be like this. One step at a time for this matter.

Wiw congrats, finally you found a land for your dream house. :-) I haven't had a dream house yet. But I always dream to have a stone or wooden house surrounded by meadow with various wildflowers :-)
