Update on My Second Application

On October 6th, I reapplied online for an Internet plan. I was hesitant because the first application was unsuccessful. But then, on the same day, the technicians installed a new service downstairs in this apartment building. I was convinced to reapply because the technician said I can because there are still available slots. On October 11th, my phone rang and it was from the internet company. The guys weren't dressed as the other technicians who were here on the 6th. And told me that the box is crossing property. Told them that there are two customers who got their internet installed. I called the sales line and got transferred to CS. I told the issue and asked if I can tell her the story. The girl was willing to help but said she cannot amend or update my account because it is already cancelled. Surprising. She told me to call sales so that they can do the necessary correction on my application and assign a slot near my apartment. In sales, I also told the girl everything. But she said there is no available slot. It was taken. How come!? To nake the long story short, I am getting another refund. My employer wants me to return the Wi-Fi router I am using now because it should have been deactivated end of September. They are proposing that we go back to the office if no wired internet. I am still waiting for the other application. I asked my brother to apply for PLDT, another internet provider.

I am sorry that you had to undergo so much of inconvenience. Hope things get sorted out soon. What's PLDT??

PLDT is another internet provider. I am hoping that they process our application. We applied the same day, October 6th but no update from them.

It is an isolated case. My workmates have been working from home using a wired internet connection for different providers.

@DianneN The sales rep told me to call sales at the end of the month to see if they can arrange the assigning of slot for me. But the refund has been initiated already. Will have to redo the application process again if ever
