The neighbors are being obnoxiously loud / myLot

and that is one of the many things I hate about living in this apartment. There are way too many people living way too closely and so many of them are rude and inconsiderate. It is 11:15 pm and a group of people downstairs are shouting and laughing and being SO LOUD. Don't they understand that other people are trying to sleep? There really is nothing I can do about it. The police won't respond to such a complaint. I'm not going to go down there by myself and take them on. Oh well. Just another reason to get the hell out of here as soon as possible.

Oh i hate such things. And really we can't do anything. But even my own family makes so noise too because they sleep late. I wish I get another apartment

That's very inconsiderate. Some people don't know how to be neighbour, apparently. Mine has a kid that tend to honk for no reason. I thought there's someone with something important in front of my house at first.

That would drive me up the wall. I am out away from people enough that I don't even have many curtains on windows. A peeping Tom would have quite the work to get to me.

I completely understand. When my husband and I used to live in apartments, we had that problem all of the time. The neighbors would have wild parties and be up to all hours of the night. Police can't be bothered, and when we tried to report them, the office wouldn't do anything without a police report.

You would love it here in our block. It's quiet. Like a morgue. Never hear anything. I think the rest of the block must go to bed before 10pm. I don't think I would like Loud!!
