A pack of Grease less peanuts

Finished dinner a while ago. I'm sitting now and watch news on TV. I have a pack of peanuts bought at the convenience store before going home and I'm enjoying it now. Am I eating too much? Oh please don't worry it's just a small pack and I think peanuts would not do harm. It's roasted and grease less and just fairly seasoned. Just one of the many peanut products available in the market as it's abundant here.

A small portion shouldn't hurt at all.

There are people who are allergic with peanuts but if you're not then you'll be fine. I like peanuts a lot since I was a child. Enjoy the TV show and those peanuts.

I have no problems with peanuts. I sometimes eat peanut butter with rice. Isn't that weird?

Maybe you can enjoy a couple of packs there. But l know that peanuts can be addicting when you start munching on it while watching TV.. So be sure you control the urge to eat some more after eating all of it.

That's only one pack so no more after. Yes, you will not notice your intake when your attention is not there.

This is a favorite of mine. Another one is the spicy variety.

I haven't tried yet the spicy but I'll check on it since I am not a fan of hot and spicy food.

I don't eat nuts much since I was young. Got something to do with pimples and all. I don't know whether nuts actually cause pimples but I've stop since then. Even now days I can't really eat them. Enjoy your snacks.

I like peanuts, but I eat very rarely and I try to eat unsalted and roasted.

If it's a small portion, you'll be fine. Anything can be unhealthy if you have too much of it. Sit back and enjoy!
