There are times that we tend to be preoccupied with something or someone. I think it is healthy to be in this situation. But then, it will be not good for being always like this. I have a friend who keeps on being like this. I tried to tell her not to entertain much about it.
What do you think happens when individuals give these things too much attention?
What things make you preoccupied?

I think preoccupation is a good habit, when i am working,i need it.But just the opposite,if do preoccupation too long,it may exhaust your energy, you will be tired after that.

It's not healthy if your girl friend is preoccupied with an unrequited love.

@eileenleyva I do agree with you. I think she's not in this kind of situation.

If this related to overthinking or anxiety, it is not a very good behavior and not good for mental health.
But if it is a passion about something we love to do, then it takes life to a new level of satisfaction.

It is fine to be preoccupied but it depends on what thoughts we fill our minds with.

It depends on how you let it affect you. Having a healthy, active mind is a good thing. However, it's not good if you let this preoccupation affect your day-to-day life, as well.
