There are times that we need something but we're not sure if it is useful for us or not. If it has a good quality or not. Every time that I'm going to buy something. I always look for a review from their customers, because sometimes they're giving detailed information about the product itself, but sometimes when we need someone we're just simply buy it and test it by ourselves. This is what happening to me right now. I want to buy an in-ear headphones but I can't because I'm looking for a best review that has the things that I want.

Sometimes iI enjoys reading those negative feedback because some of them are adding some photos and making fun of it because they are expecting something better.

I do not follow reviews at all. Mainly because they are just opinions and not usually reliable. People have biases, for example, different tastes, different thoughts about price and value... So, I don't think reviews are helpful at all. I ignore them.

Indeed, every people has their own opinions some might like it and some might not. I only read those review about the product if it is defective or not because I encountered a seller with tons of negative reviews about the products that were sent was all defective

@tech40 Something like that might be useful. But not much else.

I won't buy unless I'm convince enough. The ways to convince me is through reviews. But I won't necessarily believe any review. They must look legit enough. Not some fake reviews from who knows where. So, no reviews or fake reviews = me not buying whatever it is.

Indeed. I always check the reviews as well just to make sure that we'll satisfied on what we're going to buy. I rather buy those sellers who has more than 300+ reviews to make sure that all the reviews are legit and not fake

that is irresponsible shopping unless you trust the owner or the shop itself

I don't necessarily trust online reviews. Too many people write them without actually having used the product for long enough to give a valuable opinion.

I know some products who are buying positive reviews from random people which is totally misleading. They don't have to do it if they know that there products are all working fine.

I'm sorry about that, it is why feedback is really important but did you give feedback about it to let the other know about your issue

Checking out reviews is fine but one shouldn't rely solely on them. Different people have different experiences. If a review says a person received a defective item, that doesn't mean you will too. Similarly, a product of a popular brand or having positive reviews might not work out for you.
