As you probably know Joe Biden won the presidential election . Kamala Harris is the Vice president elect. In many cities, including San Jose people celebrated in the streets.Cars honked as the people on the sidewalk waved their flags. It was a joyous time.A group of cyclists rode by on the street.A lot of people cheered. It was spontaneous.
