I woke very late today and I took breakfast and lunch simultaneously. I have some issues at home with my niece and I voice out what it's all about to her. Better to say it all so that at least she will take time to think.
I head to office in a not so good mood as well as with physical condition. Anyway, I can manage.
At office, some of the people made me upset. Goodness! How can I handle this? It seems that I have no place to go. OK, I need to calm down. I don't want to end as pathetic loser.

I guess its time for you to pause. Take a deep breath in and out for several minutes to clear your mind out. Sometimes it is all about domino effect when you start with something negative it may escalate to everything around you because you have set it in your mind what mood you’re in. After every situation before proceeding to your next activity, always pause, meditate and let it all out before you proceed to your next activity.

@ZedSmart They call it the mindful exercise or meditation. It is best that you do it with less distractions around especially when you are doing it for the first time. But many can do it in any situation. Just don’t do it while driving or walking on the streets of course.

Perhaps you need someone that you could talk to about certain issues. A friend maybe. If I feel upset, driving to the boulevard and watching the lights along the shoreline makes me feel calm and relax. I hope you're okay.
