No, I didn´t go to a spa for a treatment. I just made a spa day at home this afternoon.
As some of you might have known, I have worked in a spa in Ireland years ago. So, I know how I can treat myself to a homemade spa.
I colored my hair dark brown for a change instead of black. I covered my gray hair. This will be the last time for this year. After coloring my hair, I took a very relaxing lavender foam bath. I had to set the alarm clock so I would not fall asleep inside the bathtub.
How I wished there was a massage treatment after that.
My rose flower was blown by the wind but I was still able to gather the petals and put them on a fruit stand. I sprayed them with my homemade rosewater. The living room is smelling gracious now.
Have you treated yourself to a spa at home lately? If not, you should. It is very good for your health and for your soul.
Thanks for reading and have a nice Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on where you are living.

@much2say Sometimes, I use store bought face masks but most of the times, I make my own. Milk and honey is good. When I have avocado, I use it for making face mask. Most of the time, I just use honey and spread it on my face until it dries off and then wash it off. The result is a nice soft face.

You can try it @RasmaSandra. It is very relaxing. Put scented lighted candles in your bathroom when you do that. It is good for the soul. Thank you and have a nice day at home.

I do on occasion. A little here and there. I use some essential oils. I treat my cuticles, and use a paraffin spa to moisturize my hands.

That is good @GardenGerty. Thanks for reminding me of the paraffin wax spa. I have to use them again for my hands and feet. It really is making my hands and feet smooth. Thank you.

Never treated myself to a spa, ever. I do treat myself to a hot bath, though.
