Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
I woke up in a foggy weather but after 2 hours the sun came out. It is nice today. I will have a good walk around later because yesterday I was not able to go out due to very freezing cold weather 
Anyways, I`m thinking of sharing to you how I cook my favorite Squid stew which is very easy to make only that you must make sure not to over cook the squid so it will not be too sticky. First, you must fry garlic, onion and tomatoes and then put the sliced, cleaned without ink of squid together add some cup of water and salt. let it boil for 3 minutes. check the squid if it is still easy to chew then stop the boiling and enjoy
