Thanks to Michelle Reeves who is the vice president and director of Culinary and Creative she has a ice cream parlor that hires persons who have special needs to find happiness in life.
The Golden Scoop which is located in Kansas City Missouri is a not for profit business that is giving back to their community by giving persons who have special needs a chance to earn a living.
The employees who work at the ice cream shop are finding happiness in life by earning a living and learning culinary skills for life.

That is so cool! The McAlister’s I frequent has a couple of special-needs employees (one is blind, so he works as a greeter, and the other has Down syndrome). God bless them!!
