November 14 - What I was Thankful for Yesterday

Good morning, myLot. It's a beautiful, rainy, blustery day in Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA.
I have a lot to be thankful for this past week and in the last 24 hours.
I'm thankful for my sister. Her help was invaluable. We watched movies and played a game of Scrabble yesterday. She won with Scrabble. We had a lot of fun. She helped with meal preparation and took care of light housekeeping as well as helping me get dressed - mostly my compression socks as my back wouldn't allow me to bend enough to get them on.
You never know how much each part of your body works together with the rest until a part doesn't function the way it should.
I'm thankful for her help in getting groceries. I'm stocked enough now to get to the end of the month. I'll need bananas, but I should be all right with the rest.

Yesterday I had breakfast and lunch with my friend Irene and we played two games of Scrabble and two of Ticket to Ride.. We had so much fun.

yer 'lways askin' 'bout yesterday when i can barely recall today, lol. i'm so glad yer sis's been there 'gain to help ya through these early stages 'f healin', hon.
thankful fer no damages 'fter a very blustery day. but then i'm thankful e'eryday fer wee thingies. the way a leaf catches my eye, a sweet lil bird, jest the joy 'f livin'.

Thankful that I put a tv in the kitchen last year

That's so nice of your sister. She has been pretty helping and caringI totally agree with you. They say you realise the importance of your body when you start feeling it. And we don't feel it unless it hurts or shows some upsetting signs. Till then we take it for free ride.
