Waste of Time and Money.

I am totally disappointed with that doctor. We were already on the booked grab car when her secretary messaged me that the doctor will just have an online consultation with us because she has allergies. But just this morning, she confirmed her presence for her schedule. 
Our health card consultation has already been approved. When we got to the hospital, I was able to talk to the secretary and gave her the approved health card consultation letter. She message me the instruction on how to go about the online consultation and as well as scheduling and I did most of the steps I needed to do. It was written there to pay online and so I did.
30 minutes after the secretary messaged me again that I do not have to pay the fee since I the health card was approved. Like what?!?!?!
