Starting today, my county in Ohio have a stay-at-home order that ends on 12/16/20, along with the 3-week curfew that started this Thursday night. Though my gym haven't mentioned canceling classes for a month on the website or via email/text alerts, my winter gym break starts next week due to Covid19. Other than trips to the doctor or to the grocery store, I don't think my trips to the gym applies. So this is it until spring 2021 when the pandemic is over and/or vaccinated, or until the order is lifted and we're out of the red zone.

Our gyms have been forced to close for the weeks and then will see from there how much longer the newest lockdown will apply. quit going after the first lockdown since they close the times when I'm there freest. (Sp?)

@KristenH I've lost about ten pounds being laid up and not eating too much I should start some way exercises myself. I could do leg lifts from the bed or a chair. If wait on doing ones while standing until my foot is better.

@MarshaMusselman Not a bad idea, depending on how your foot feels.

Well I think gym isn't exempted. It should follow the health protocol .

Hmm. I hope they only allow customers to wear masks.

Gyms have been especially affected by the virus. I've seen quite a lot of controversy on the news about owners wanting to comply with safety measures but Governors like ours in NJ not allowing them to open.
Are you doing any at home exercise to keep fit?

@KristenH Oh that's good about your gym. New Jersey will not open them period. There has been much controversy over this and a few gym owners opened in defiance of the Governor's mandate...
