There are times that my girlfriend feels it in just a sudden, we are very happy for the whole day but suddenly she feel sad and I can't do anything just to comfort her until she felt better. If your partner suddenly feels sad, what will you do?

If it's mood swing, just comfort her. If she don't want comforting, just stick around quietly. Be her company. The mood will eventually pass.

I'm always with her comforting her asking her what's wrong. I'm glad that it is working most of the time

Are there any past experiences that make her sad? If that's a mood swing only, I think that it will just pass.

Yeah it passed. We discussed what are the wrong things or what happened and I'm glad that she's talking to me

Comfort her, try to get her to talk about it, if possible? Sometimes people are moody and just want to be left alone, though, too. Maybe encourage her to talk to a professional?

I do always comfort her when she experiencing this and it is working most of the time. I'm glad that it works because if not then she makes argument that will never stop

Ask her and be there for her. Maybe ask if she wants something? Or order some delicious food?

Consult the doctor. She might have depression issues.

@tech40 Check constantly because the behavior could be progressive. An early diagnosis could prevent anything serious.

Probably. I just let her feel that I'm always for her and ask her some questions to help her release those things
