I think the soil in our pots do not have enough nutrients as the plants looked undernourished. I was planning to purchase last week but I didn't get a chance to do it as there were matters to be given attention first. I'll try to look online if there are sellers in my locality that might deliver as well.

That's easy to solve and you don't have to buy soil, just make a compost pot and fill it with fruit and vegetable peels, including onion and garlic and ginger peels. Then, cover with soil, In two weeks, you have healthy soil for plants. Banana peel is best.
Plus, talk to your plants every day.

@ZedSmart Yes, compost heap for the biodegradable kitchen stuff, including ground coffee beans. It's vermiculture, too. You get to help nature.
There's free starting kits at the Department of Agriculture, Circle, QC. They give free soil, seeds such as mustasa, corn, radish, et al. Call first, baka ubos na.

@ZedSmart you may order from the farmer. If not possible try making your own compost using kitchen waste then mix it with soil. You may ask from agricultural store some soil enhancers.
