Leg Muscles Cramp Again

There's no pedestrian lane near the university entrance I was heading into. The nearest perhaps is more or less 50 meter distant walk if I unload myself to the nearest loading/unloading area of passengers when boarding a public transport. Unloading either at the opposite side of the road where the gate is located, I must pass through the overpass to come up at the gate's entrance. The overpass height is not that tall but due maybe of my body's lack of exercise, as I step down from the stairs upon getting at the other end, my right leg muscles cramp. I walk down slowly until the gate's entrance and thankfully the office of my purpose is not that far from there.

There are different causes that cause muscle cramps, dehydration, muscle strain or lack of magnesium.

@ZedSmart They tell us all the time to drink water, then if we drink too much we also pass the useful minerals in our body.

Muscle strain could be in my case. I can't say I'm dehydrated because it is said that if person pass a clear urine color, which I 've had, that would be the result of drinking too much of water. Maybe the magnesium too. Well, I could only assume Ms. Anna. I hope everything will be determine on my lab tests.

I usually have leg cramps while sleeping. Wake me up immediately. Had to straighten my leg until it passed. Haven't have that for a while.

@ZedSmart Hope the doctor can help you. Advices from us, the non medic, won't help much.

Good that it never happened again. I had this the other day while lying on bed. This is the second time to happen in a week.

@ZedSmart no. I did have physical therapy when I was little. If I get a leg cramp, I would use Icy Hot on it.

@ZedSmart I see. Climbing lots of stairs is tiring for me but doesn't give me cramps.

It maybe because of the pressure while climbing at the stairs of the overpass Ms. Judy.

I never heard that but perhaps our lying positions have something to do about that. But this one, I think so much of pressure?

Such a hassle. Wrong timing for the cramps to happen. Good thing you were almost there. I experienced that sometimes while stretching a bit when I'm sleeping. They would always advise me to eat bananas for potassium.
