I have had a headache last few days

It doesn't help the people two doors down at my apartment have more people in the unit. They keep sneaking in tenants, because they know they can't be evicted during pandemic. Yesterday I heard a bunch of kids running across the platform here, very loud and up and down the steal steps while the woman with them sat on the stairs smoking. The steps are by my window. I finally went out there and asked what is all the pounding on the steps? are they tenants living here? She didn't say a thing continued to smoke but the running finally stopped. The owner can see them he has a security camera up and writes them up a lot but can't evict right now. Just last week, one of the live ins in that unit were walking the dog and the dog was not leashed up yet again and got run over by a car. The man walking it, didn't tell the owner it was hit. The dog died the next day, because it didn't go to the vet on time. But this dog ran up and down the stairs with out a leash or owner present. He was very aggressive, I do feel bad for the dog, it is not the dogs fault of dumb owners.

Yes, I was sad about the dog, two of us saw it happen, but the man walking the dog didn't tell the woman it was hit by a car. When we seen her she said it was sick she thinks from eating bad food, it was at the vet, the said the vet told her it was either kicked really hard or hit by a car, she is baffled. I kept out of it, as I don't really know this man that she trust to walk to the dog.

@CookieMonster46 I understand how you had to stay away from the issue. Poor dog.

There's a law from evicting people during pandemic? I hope the situation improve to you soon. It's not a pleasant environment to be right now.

Yes, at least here, they are not supposed to evict during the pandemic, no evicitions. This they know and take full advantage of it. The owner of this building I believe just cares about if he has collected rent, this is a nice neighborhood for the most part, and he can get quality people in here, that will respect the property and the rules.

I feel sorry for the dog, the owner should at least try to keep those people quiet.

@CookieMonster46 Dogs must be kept on a leash all the time, particularly if they are aggressive. It is a shame that during the pandemic people cannot be evicted, they should be free to evict those who create problems.

Although the dog was agressive at time, I feel bad for it, but it should have been kept on a leash at all times. Never was and I had to be careful around that dog when outside. The owner of this building has up security cameras, he can see what is going on here but so far has not done anything. He can't evict anyone during a pandemic, which is sad, because things can get out of hand around here.

I am still glad they are not exactly next door, one over, but still the same. They break all the rules here, and know during the pandemic, they can get away with it.
