I don’t know what I was laughing about with my husband but the kids apparently heard us and they were on their beds already. What my son said cracked me up. He lectured us saying we shouldn’t be noisy or else his pet ant would wake up. Question: do ants sleep? And do you know anyone who has ants for pets? Lolll

I don't know if they sleep, but maybe they do because in my observation, the ants in my room don't bite at night hihi But they don't have lungs and ears...

I am sure that ants sleep since when I was younger I was wondered how horses sleep on their feet or on the ground when my relatives would visit my late grandmother in the interior of Panama on weekends.

@sol_cee This is what I have read. Power naps are those very short sleeps that end before the phase of "deep sleep".
