Dental floss

I use dental floss everyday. But I have noticed that such has loosened my teeth. Well just a bit. I can feel it I mean. I read that using dental floss is a healthy habit, saving you from some health issues. I don't like toothpick because it does not remove it totally. Which one do you use?

@piyushbhatia1 NEVER DO IT AGAIN. My husband did and he had to cover his front teeth, lemon corrodes.

@JudyEv I use an electric toothbrush, the one that my dentist suggested, the Philips Sonicare. I have it from several years and it's a good toothbrush.

@LadyDuck Do you use an electric toothbrush? I've been thinking of getting one and have been wondering if they are better than a hand-held brush.

I use a floss pick, but only the floss part not the pick part because I am not comfortable jabbing something sharp near my gums. My husband prefers a floss, but for me I can maneuver a floss pick way back in to my back molars.

I use dental floss every day. It should not loosen your teeth. I'd go to the dentist.

@DianneN You are right, flossing should not loosen teeth, at most you scratch a gum.

@Janet357 I would do anything to keep my teeth. I wore braces twice and can smile freely.

I lost some of my teeth, the ones next to my molars. They want me to wear brace but I don't like barbed wires
