December 18 - What I'm Thankful for Today

I had a great workout in the pool and fitness center this morning. That was followed by a necessary nap.
Then to make my day even better, my best friend stopped by playing Santa for all her friends and brought me a gift. A new hat, as you can see above. I tried it on and love it.
I did a little bit of shopping this morning. I needed bananas and more Christmas cards. Those will be sent and given out this weekend to family and friends at the pool and church.
That's been my day. I'm finished with the notifications and it's time to rest my back and watch a holiday movie or show of some kind.

I'm thankful for my husband's thoughtfulness. My phone just rang and he asked, 'Can I bring burgers for supper tonight?' There's a restaurant, they make the best burger's in town:) Their burger basket/plus a drink is $5

I am thankful for the weather holding out. A lot colder than I would have liked, but the sun helped warm things up a bit. I'm thankful I got the bedding washed and dried before my husband came home. I'm also thankful that I found something to put on the bed. I am thankful that Chilly seems happy.

Thankful that it is Friday and looking forward to hear the Word tonight. Got more cards into the mail today and will be mailing the rest hopefully tomorrow. Thankful God show me a way to mail several cards of people I dont have addresses to by mailing them to anothercare of a familymember who I do have the address to.

what a thoughtful gift'n perfect fer yer packer watchin' :) glad ya got'cha that nap, 't times i wish i could partake'n such.
yesterday...beautiful sunrise, sunset, bird watchin' fun, pony time. i think that 'twas yesterday? i dunno one'f the past few days the power went out fer 37.6 minutes. pure bliss 'n quiet coz the hubs 'twas 'sleep, lol.

@just4him Doing ok but have now developed excruciating pain in my shoulder due to speak to the Doctor on Tuesday
