Short story: A lost parable of Jesus Christ: The stone becomes a pebble

The stone moves from rough unconscious thoughts to smooth gold in its own conscious thoughts

A small rock fragment broke off of a rocky mountain cliff, and it fell down the cliff into the winding river, raging along in the valley below. Years went by, and this small chip of rock, split off originally from the great mountain range, eventually became a smooth, rounded, shiny, glistening, river pebble. Now, you are that rock, and God is the mountain. The river is the river of God's love, that flows away from God, as a tributary of his love, but its waters end up back in his oceans of love, eventually too. God is the chip of rock too, but it roughly breaks away from God, as he allows it to then flow through his own veins, going from his heart to his mind, where it then ends up as smooth as God is, in its thoughts too, but it then has its own conscious thoughts, not just God's immanence in it, then too. I like your parable and meaning. I am a chip from the mountain. As I spend time with Him in His Word daily, I become smooth, and His love flows in me.

Yes, thanks. We are all chips from God's mountain, and yes, we can become smooth, and polished, and precious gemstones for him too, by doing his will, and allowing his love to so mould, polish, and fashion us too, into his way of our being us, for him.

Originality and creativity is enhanced through a separate existence despite the overall connectedness. Everything in creation is part of our creator too and that awareness is a step towards higher consciousness.

Thanks, siva. That's very nicely put, and it's about exactly what I was trying to say here, in my stony-faced way.... We need to be our right chip, off the old block!

@innertalks Thanks Steve, overattachment proves a curse and leads to heartbreak. Everyone, everything, needs own space to prove its worth.

@Shiva49 Yes, God gives us our own space, and we do need to take it too, and yet at the same time, we need to remain humble in our space, by our realising, that really, it is still a part of God's overall space too. There is no space outside of God.

Thanks. Deepness should have an amusing quality to it too, I think.
