Good Saturday Morning, myLot !

Hello, all !
Today is Saturday, and I when I got up my knees were sore. 
I didn't do anything yesterday out of the ordinary. Guess it's just being 50. 
I need to go and get breakfast and coffee.
I'll go for a walk this morning--don't know if Angel will want to come this morning or this afternoon.
I should do some yardwork. I haven't put anything in the yard waste can to go out Tuesday.
I have a "Get Well" card to get out today--and likely some more Christmas Cards to write.
Otherwise, I'll do whatever comes up. There's always something to do.
Hopefully I'll get more than "Good Morning" and "Good Night" posts on here today.

Yesterday the physical therapist had me ride the exercise bike for about five minutes for my knee. I had forgotten how good it made my knees feel to ride a fitness bike. I hope your knees loosen up.
