I was watching the news today, and media reports a new strain of the corona virus. It was said it is 70 times worst than what we have seen. How in the world could it have happened. I just began to pray. I can't even imagine anything worse than what we have already seen. In the UK they are really shutting down. I feel for them, but Lord I hope we don't see any of it. The world has had enough.

The article I read said the scientists are still studying on it. They are actually under pressure to give a result/data about it. But of course do your research and dont take my word for it. So many misinformation going around, I dont know which one to believe.

Yes, that is true. Just like Dengue fever before. I never knew that it has four strains not until my nephew got infected that the doctor said it was the toughest strain (fourth) strain that hit him.. I watches some report on TV saying the covid virus has mutated from a long incubation to a bit shorter one

I hope it doesn't spread here. It is extremely sad for the UK though. At least hopefully we will start being vaccinated quickly and be immune to it.

unfortunately viruses mutate. 'tis the same with the 'normal' flue, there'd be many strains 'f such. each year the cdc 'guesses' which one'll be prevalent that season 'n roll out vaccines fer such.

I checked the news and it is not "70 times worst than what we have seen". There is a new mutation of the virus which is more infectious. Some estimates say it's 70% more infectious, which just means it's even easier to catch it from someone else.
