Fish Sticks and Fries for Dinner

A quick dinner for tonight. Tired of soup for now. Decided on fish sticks and crinkle cut fries.
The photo above is not mine. My food is still cooking as I type.
I made a homemade tartar sauce to have as well. Should be good and something different. It has been a long time since I cooked this dinner.

@CarolDM Jay got a gift card for a Christmas gift, to a restaurant south of town. Their fish&chips are exceptional! I really like their cole slaw.

You with these darned fish sticks. There are two things I hardly ever ate until I "met" you. Grilled cheese and fish sticks. Now I am doing both. You are incorrigible and ought to be ashamed. lol
But it IS good stuff.
Even fish sticks, which I have not eaten since I was a kid, are satisfying from time to time. I used to make my own tartar sauce as well, but have since gotten a little lazy and just buy it. It's pretty cheap at Aldi. But I used to just use a combination of Miracle Whip and pickle relish and that's pretty much it, although I know some people prefer it with it with real mayonnaise.
