What's For Christmas Dinner Tomorrow??

Have to admit that I get off easy. Hubby loves to cook which lets me off the hook. I love to bake which he doesn't like, so we are a good match. I did help with the Christmas Pudding because that is hubby's area of expertise (being English and all lol), and I still have our traditional Christmas muffins to bake, but that will be done first thing in the morning when I get up. Everything is set and ready to go. I have all the dry ingredients ready and waiting so all it takes is adding the liquids, fold to mix and put into the muffin tins. When they come out, they are dipped in melted butter and then doused in cinnamon sugar. And that is it. After they are generously dipped, the rest of the day is mine. Oh, yes... we have a Scrabble game planned for the afternoon. Here's hoping that I win for once. It will be the first time... although I did come close once lol. So, after all the running on about our dinner, I want to hear about yours. Oh... btw ours is a traditional English Christmas dinner ... with Brussel Sprouts ;) I hate Brussel Spouts!!!!! Now is your turn. What's on your menu for tomorrow. Can't wait to hear so I can add a few new items to our menu. Would love to lose those sprouts if at all possible!!! It is now nearing 2 pm on Christmas Eve.

M yhusband is the chef too and he is making Beef Wellington - a bit of a silly choice on our part as it's going to be 37C which is a bit hot for a hot lunch. However there is trifle for dessert so that will be nice and cold.

@hate2iron We have the same division of labour - I cook, she bakes. Tomorrow will see me roasting a leg of land in a garlic, rosemary and anchovy paste. No sprouts. Have a happy day.

We'll probably play Scrabble, too. I will make a potpie for our main dish on Christmas.

I love Brussels sprouts! We spent Christmas Eve making stuffed cabbage for today's dinner. There is plenty of sauerkraut in the roaster; and we will have mashed potatoes; and my husband likes applesauce with his cabbage rolls. Merry Christmas!

Now it's Christmas day in your place. Merry Christmas. What's up? Our youngest daughter received a Christmas present from her good school principal. It's a Korean multipurpose baking tray
