Keto Taco Soup For Christmas Dinner

Good.. Yep, it's still morning. Good Morning!
Merry Whatever-You-Celebrate-Mas!
Today doesn't look very different to me from any other day. Most of my present exchange happened earlier this month, though I did receive a gift card from my aunt and another family member helped me pay for my new phone so yay!
Anyway, tonight is low carb soup and I might find a recipe for crackers and make those since I have plenty of almond flour.
Tomorrow is Tea with the ladies of which we've added a few more to the list. We're slowly filling up an entire room at the monthly ladies tea now!
Here's the recipe for the soup I'm going to make if anyone's interested.

I'm going to crochet, read, write, make taco soup and just relax.

Keto taco soup sounds interesting...although I never liked regular taco soup lol; I'll have to check it out.

@MommyOfEli2013 That still sounds like it could be good. I don't think I've really liked chili until recently. The kind my dad used to make was just too.. I don't know, too bean-y? I rarely made it myself as an adult. This stuff though, the taco soup is delicious. I was wondering how adding shredded chicken instead would taste. Maybe even subbing out the green peppers for something else, but what?

@RebeccasFarm Thank You! Wish me luck as I might have to go to the mall where my cellphone carrier is located if my friends cant help me with the sim card!
The last update I had on my cousin is that she isn't eating so she doesn't get sick, but they are giving her fluids and she is on an IV for her seizure meds.

I posted a link to the recipe above. It's just a low carb soup with cream cheese, ground beef, onions, peppers, garlic... It's delicious.

I love taco soup..I checked out the fathead dough you were talking about and I think I will make that the next time I make pizza. I am thinking of a white pizza with it..It should be divine.

@LindaOHio I'm glad to hear that. I usually prefer meals that are easy to prepare, but with keto there are usually a few more steps.
