Disastrous Khaman Dhokla / myLot

So COVID has returned with vengeance. And Vanny has taken to trying some online dishes. I mean what else can you do. I tried Khaman dhokla. I used to excel in it. Can you believe it? And today, I just didn't get it right! I am depressed. Shed a few tears for me. I might feel better.

Indian cuisine is one of the grand cuisines in the world. Getting out of touch might change the taste altogether ! But looking at the positives.. you might've created a new flavor of your won ! And that is how dishes evolve :)

@vandana7 I can totally sympathize with you ma'am but i thought maybe motivating you for another go sounded better ! I've only had that dish once so I can't say much.. Hope's yours was a beautiful disaster, if it was one ! :P

Try again. Or maybe the recipe has a flaw. We have used this time to try a few new recipes too.

Nothing wrong with the recipe. It is vanny who forgot to put the steamer on before adding fruit salt and whipping. And whipping was not sufficient. Lazy vanny.
