@porwest oh, I have heard that a lot of times from my non Asian friends,they also find darker tones exotic and attractive. But I must say that I do agree that beauty should be viewed deeper beyond the epidermis. A skin tone is just a skin tone and has no bearing of what we are and who we are. What's more important is how we treat our co inhabitants in this world with kindness ,love and respect.

@porwest, it must be with that idea that fair skinned is more beautiful to look at. Blame it to the movies and romantic novels and the fashion magazines,too. where theodels/actors/heroines are mostly "white " of not all. Thank you for responding and happy new year. .

@iamfemme I actually find darker tones on women to be quite attractive and exotic. But I think all women are beautiful. All shapes, sizes, skin tones. Beauty is so much more than what's on the outside anyway.
