What the heck was wrong with me yesterday?!!! Someone pretending from my bank called me and asked some verifications. But since the day was chaotic both at work and at home, I lacked focus or better said I lacked common sense....

IamFemme Hello, Jinxie. :-) I have been dealing with the bank's personnel for ages, and I was never scammed. This is the first time. Well, I guess there is always a first time for everything, even getting scammed. Though I feel so stupid :-) Unfortunately, I did...

IamFemme I already made the necessary changes and also contacted the bank to block my card, which they did today. Scary and traumatic. What if I had deposited a bigger amount, or someone else did? Can you imagine the mental stress that might have caused me? So next...

IamFemme I was depressed yesterday. I couldn't believe how gullible I was. Hardly slept last night. But after praying and convincing myself that at least they were not able to steal a hefty amount, I moved on from that now. I have learned my lessons. :-) Thank you,...

IamFemme Yes, Toni. Sometimes, we are so unmindful of our actions until we realize we screwed up. :-) Fortunately, I did not deposit to my account while the scammer still had access to it. I changed the password already and called the bank to blocked my credit card...

IamFemme Gullible is the right word, Raksi. :-( They knew so much about me. Almost all of my private details , they were able to state. Plus, there was also a "prompt from the system" instructing you what to do . Even the so called agents who called sounded like they...

IamFemme We owe it to ourselves to be able to move on from every pain. However, it easier said than done. :-( I am not giving up though. :-) Thank you for sharing your thoughts here. :-)

I had a salad from Wendy’s years ago, that was the perfect summer salad. It was spinach salad, with strawberries, chicken, mandarin oranges, mozzarella cheese, and an amazing orange zest dressing. I ended up just making my version...

IamFemme Hi, Amber. I love the salad from Wendy's, too. But there is no Wendy's where I am living right now :-( There are alternative restaurants here that offer really great salads. My most recent discovery is the Waldorf salad from the local restaurant here. It is...

IamFemme Hi there, Jess. Yup, it seems that the movie has a lot of violence indeed! I am not a fan of movies like this, especially if the protagonists all die. A very sad ending . It makes me think that, in the end, evil triumphs over good. :-( But...

IamFemme Hi, Snowy. :-) It happened to me more often than I can bear. And the animal isn't a stranger at all: it's my cat :-) Anything it saw, it would grab and take it wherever. Maybe enjoyed it later. Yeah, this kind of scenarion isn't surprising...
