She's melting

I'm delighted that the bad witch is not the only thing melting. My driveway ice and snow is melting, too. Yup. My big and boring news is that I was able to drive my hubby and I to town today. First off I had a little winter fun. My little car's motor still has some power to her. I backed out and then wanted to inch forward but yes, snow and ice said no! The wheels began to lock, the motor griping. I put my little car into reverse then quick forward and out we zipped from that stuck place. Whee haw! We inched down the acess road, past the neighbor's horse pasture- read that as 'past' not in. I pressed the metal to the pedal up the bitty hill then hit the brake when we got to the county road. Sometimes there are gigantic semi trucks on that road. Nobody there so out we went and easy peasy to and from town. Nothing more fun than driving a car on ice- so long as you are just in your little yard and don't get stuck.
