The Rains, the chill and the savior known as Tea

Early Winter morning. A weekend day. Thunderstorm and heavy rains.
Well in such a case the chill would make one be inside the blankets and quilts for a long time.
Yet one has to get out some time !!
So here comes the savior known as Tea or well I can say Morning Tea.
And what is up at your end?

We also put in clove at times. We are now having "Kada" (concoction of cloves, black cardamom, cinnamon, ginger etc in hot water) as rains have stopped but it is quite chilling.

The Cinnamon kind of dominates the Kada. We also add raw turmeric.

Cinnamon has a strong flavor and has some heaviness, but can be used in small amounts during the winters.

Tea is a good way to warm up on a cold morning.
My day is just beginning. I'll leave for church in an hour. Then later today is the last game of the season. Then it's the playoffs. Green Bay is favored to win the game today. I hope so. It's not the only game played today.

Covered with blanket, quilt and a mask ( that's the trend).... So where is the smiley?? I see all apps symbol in mask these days

Here it is colder after the rains stopped. It is expected to remain cold and cloudy for a few more days. Challenging in terms of combating cold, stepping out plus getting clothes dried up!

We call them as 'Rajai' in Hindi and I think Duvets are lighter but what we take are heavier.
Inside they have thick cotton balls filling.
The more dense the filling, the warmer is the Rajai.
