Should Giuliani be prosecuted as well as Trump?

There has been much talk about what action should be taken against Donald Trump for inciting the invasion of the Capitol, but much less about the role of Rudy Giuliani. The oddballs who have tried to defend Trump have said that he did not actually advocate breaking into the building - a moot point - but how can they possibly excuse Rudy Giuliani's public call for "trial by combat"? If that is not an incitement to commit mob violence, I don't know what is. Maybe Giuliani could occupy the cell next to that of Donald when they both get locked up?

Giuliani has been involved in shady dealings with Ukraine. I would look into that.

Do not worry Trump will "pardon" Giuliani so he will have no consequences of his acts.

Can an ex-President issue pardons? And can you issue a pardon to someone who has not actually been charged with a crime? The timing here might be interesting.

@indexer He is not yet an "ex-President" until January 20th is THE president unfortunately. The timing is surely interesting here.
