Good morning, dear friends. As I have told you here, we are in summer in my country. And it seems that summer brings a surge of idiocy in young people. The have filled the beaches in spite of the government measures. And they have made big parties in spite of the hygienic measures that include the maximum amount of people during the lockdown. That means that covid cases have grown. And that also means that people who have other aiments will have to wait unless their problems are urgent. Other people have filled the news with insanity too. I am still shocked by the news from the US. And this hasn´t ended. The country is very much divided and that is shameful and dangerous. I am adding more protein to my diet as I have been told that it helps muscle regeneration. So now, as I still have apricots, have at my side an apricot milkshake. I add a frozen strawberry to have it colder. See you, friends.

People broke the lockdown during summer vacations and now they did the same during Christmas vacations to go skiing... wait another week and we will see our numbers up again.

People ask for lockdown removal, said they can't work. Government removes lockdown, they start having gatherings. Cases go back up. They blame the goverment. Idiots are everywhere.

Yes, the news these days is very disturbing. Impeachment proceedings will be started on Monday; and it will be interesting to see how it all progresses. Some people continue to socialize without masks; and, of course, COVID-19 continues to flourish.
