The snow has almost stopped falling now. Looks pretty on the trees.
Earlier this morning a surprise visitor was on the snow covered deck.
I snapped a video as it was running around. Yes, it was a rabbit!
I thought they hibernated during the winter but they do not.
In fact, they can tolerate the winter better than warm weather.

@CarolDM I havent' seen many bunnies around here lately. They like to play and frolic between the house next to us and our own.

yepperz, they're out'n the cold 'n seem to 'njoy 't. much like the horses who're full 'f pep when the temps drop 'low 50, very playful once'n the 30's. thanks fer sharin' this video.

Cute video. I didn't think they were out in the winter either. They wouldn't be able to find anything to eat up here when the deep s**w is on the ground.

I often see rabbits running across my yard. The most interesting thing for me is when I see them jumping in the snow.

How nice seeing rabbit roaming around.i only see rabbit on a pet shop.when I was young I always wish, I could see and touch the snow. I live in a tropical place.so when I see a snow is a picture I'm always amazed.how lovely to see a place full of snow.
