where do you keep it so it's fresh? what kind of flour do you use?

@hereandthere I buy three different kind of flour, all purpose, the finer flour for cakes and a strong one (Manitoba) for pizza and bread. I have furnished our atomic shelter to store food, it is perfect, dry, the temperature 18ยบ C all year round. I keep around 10 Kg of flour, same of sugar and pasta.

sis bakes weekends and orders online but also goes to the big supermarket which is just walking distance.
