Heading up to the Market

Not a grocery day but I need flour for baking. There's this small store near the wet market where I usually bought the supply. Not a crowded place so a better choice. I'll make some sweet treats for a special day tommorow.

@hereandthere I buy three different kind of flour, all purpose, the finer flour for cakes and a strong one (Manitoba) for pizza and bread. I have furnished our atomic shelter to store food, it is perfect, dry, the temperature 18ยบ C all year round. I keep around 10 Kg of flour, same of sugar and pasta.

sis bakes weekends and orders online but also goes to the big supermarket which is just walking distance. be sure to share pictures of your birthday "handa" tomorrow!
