Part of the mixture turned cup cakes

Done with the banana cake late Saturday night. I set aside a little part of the mixture and made it cupcakes. Never mind the excess size of paper cups that I used. Molds are smaller and I've got the 3oz paper cups. The kid almost can't wait the cake to cool a little bit and asked immediately for tasting. I hope the child didn't lie for saying that it's good.

Anyway yours truly accepted the compliments with appreciation.

@ZedSmart You have to offer it to friends on facebook. Set a day when the banana cakes are available and ask how many would they like to order. That way you could prepare one time for as many banana cakes.

Yummy! I always do this too. I am not interested to use another aluminum foil so I use smaller cups instead.

Cups is also good because you can individually arrange the cake and you don't need to slice also.
