I'm going to try and make banana bread (wish me luck) ! / myLot

We had loads of bananas left over at work last week and so I brought some home...the idea was to make banana bread...now this is something I have eaten before and wanted to make before but never have quite got around to it. I found , to my horror, that I hadn't got baking powder, so when we did our shopping today I bought some. Wish me well as tomorrow is banana bread day ....

I use self-rising flour, so don't have to worry about baking powder. Good luck, I make this often and enjoy it.

Good luck! I've never baked banana bread or much of anything really. Maybe one of these days I will try. Next time I am at the store I will see if they have banana bread for sale. I'd love to try it as I love bananas.
